Strong Within
Strong Within are heavy metal kegel balls designed for those with several months of pelvic floor training experience. Their compact size - 2.5 cm in diameter - combined with their 125-gram weight makes them a challenge: you must actively engage your muscles to keep them in place. These are not kegel balls you will forget you are wearing.

What You Will Feel
The weight is immediate. As soon as you insert the balls, you feel them pulling downward, and you must actively hold them in place with your pelvic floor muscles. Unlike balls with internal moving weights that create a vibrating sensation when you move, Strong Within provides a constant, steady weight - like lifting a weight from the inside.
Many describe the sensation as focused and noticeable. You will not forget that they are there. When you stand, walk, or move, the challenge increases - gravity works against you, and your muscles are forced to work harder.
If you use them during intimate stimulation - for example during clitoral stimulation or oral sex - the weight creates a feeling of fullness that can intensify orgasm. When the muscles contract around the weight, the contractions become stronger and more noticeable.
How to Use Them
Empty your bladder before you begin. Apply a small amount of water-based lube (we recommend Mshop Care Lube:IT) to the balls and insert them like a tampon, one at a time. The silicone cord should hang outside the body.
Start carefully. Lie on your back the first few times and squeeze at intervals: hold for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds, and repeat 10 times. When it feels comfortable, you can try standing up - the weight will increase immediately.
Build up to 10-15 minutes of daily training. Strong Within are heavy, so it is normal for your muscles to tire quickly at first. If you feel that you are losing your grip, lie down and rest - treat it like strength training and increase gradually.
You can also use them during foreplay or sex. Wear them while receiving clitoral stimulation, or during penetration if the size allows it. The weight adds an extra dimension of fullness.
Material & Cleaning
Strong Within are made of smooth metal with a soft silicone cord. Metal is completely non-porous, hypoallergenic, and will essentially last forever. They can be heated or cooled for temperature play - place them in warm water for a few minutes before use for a softer sensation, or in the refrigerator for a refreshing contrast.
Clean before and after every use. Wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, or use Mshop Toy Cleaner for easier handling. Metal can also be boiled for 3-5 minutes for complete sterilization.
Store dry. Since metal does not absorb moisture, you do not need to worry about bacterial growth, but make sure the silicone cord is completely dry before storage.
Good to Know
Strong Within are 100% waterproof and can be used in the shower, but their weight makes them more challenging to keep in place when the body is wet and relaxed.
The balls cannot disappear inside the body - the vagina is a closed passage that ends at the cervix. The silicone cord makes removal easy: pull calmly and evenly, preferably while squatting or bearing down gently as when urinating.
If you are pregnant, it is safe to use kegel balls for training, but always consult your midwife if you are unsure. After giving birth, wait at least 6 weeks and get clearance from a healthcare provider before resuming training.
Many gynecologists and pelvic floor physiotherapists recommend progressive weight increases - just as with other strength training. If Strong Within feels too heavy, start with lighter balls and work your way up over a few months.
