Your safety is our top priority. Many of our products contain batteries or electronic components – here you can read how we work with product safety under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), and how to use the products safely.

Safety information – batteries
Some of our products have rechargeable batteries. Read the instructions carefully for safe use and a longer battery life.
Important safety instructions
- Only use the included charger or a charger approved by the manufacturer.
- Keep the product and battery away from open flames, high heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
- Never open, puncture, deform or take the battery apart.
- Avoid dropping the product or exposing it to strong impacts.
- Do not store the product at temperatures above +45 °C or below –10 °C.
Risks of improper handling
Improper handling of batteries can cause overheating, fire, explosion or leakage of harmful substances.
Is the battery swollen, leaking or unusually hot? Stop using the product immediately and contact the retailer or manufacturer.
Recycling and disposal
- Do not dispose of batteries in household waste.
- Take the product to an approved collection point for electronics and batteries, in line with local environmental regulations.
- For service or battery replacement – always contact authorised personnel.
