Cleaning after use

On skin and hands

To remove the silicone film quickly and easily, choose a cleanser made for intimate products. We recommend Mshop Clean:IT for antibacterial cleaning - perfect when you want to feel completely clean without any hassle.

On sheets and textiles

Silicone glides wonderfully, but it can also settle into fabric. Wipe away any excess immediately and wash according to the textile's care instructions. If you want to take extra care of your bedding, place a towel underneath.

Important information about toys and condoms

Condoms: Velvet Lube is compatible with condoms, including latex condoms. For the best fit, apply lubricant to the outside once the condom is on.

Silicone toys: Avoid using Velvet Lube with silicone toys, as silicone-based lubricant can affect the surface. Choose a water-based lubricant for them instead.

Metal, glass and hard plastic: Usually work excellently with silicone-based lubricant.

Storage and shelf life

Store the tube at room temperature, no higher than 25 °C, and protect it from direct sunlight. Once opened, it has a shelf life of 6 months. Close the cap properly to keep it fresh for longer.
