Care instructions

How do I clean it?
Before using the menstrual cup for the first time, it is a good idea to boil it to ensure that it is as clean as possible before inserting it. Boiling removes bacteria that may have gotten onto the cup.

Clean the cup after emptying it before reinserting it. You can simply rinse it with lukewarm tap water. Boil it regularly to remove potential bacteria.
