Each flexible plug has a realistic glans-shaped tip and a large suction cup, allowing it to be worn safely (for long periods) without sliding in too far. The suction cup also makes it excellent for pegging with a strap-on harness or perfect for hands-free pleasure if you don't have a workout partner available.
